H.E. Sheikh Saleh bin Humaid, President of the International Islamic Fiqh Academy, Advisor to the Royal Court, and Imam-Khatib at the Great Mosque, paid a generous visit to the headquarters of the Secretariat-General of the Academy in Jeddah, where he was received by the Secretary-General of the Academy,
The Secretary-General of the Academy welcomed H.E. Sheikh Saleh bin Humaid and thanked him for his generous visit. He also thanked him on behalf of the Academy employees for his outstanding efforts to advance the Academy and enable it to accomplish its mission in the desired manner.
H.E. Sheikh Saleh bin Humaid inspected the offices which have been modernized, developed and equipped in a manner worthy of the prestigious status of the Academy and its notoriety as the leading jurisprudential reference for the OIC Member States and Muslim societies around the world.
For his part, H.E. Sheikh Saleh bin Humaid praised the radical reforms and expressed his joy at these developments and changes at the headquarters of the Secretariat-General of the Academy in a short time. His Excellency also expressed his joy at the progress of the work in the Academy, hoping that the next phase will be much better by Allah’s will.
At the end of the visit, His Excellency took commemorative pictures with all the employees of the Academy and urged them to continue their efforts for the advancement of the Academy in order to fulfill the hopes placed in it by the OIC Member states.

Secretary‑General of the Academy Visits the Consulate General of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan His Excellency Professor Dr. Qutb Mustafa Sano, Secretary‑General of the Academy, paid an official visit on 29 Sha‘ban 1447 AH, corresponding to 17 February 2026, to the Consulate General of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan in Jeddah. He commended the tremendous support, gracious care, and continuous attention the Academy has received from the leadership and people of Jordan since its establishment. He also conveyed his sincere appreciation for the Ambassador’s recent visit to the Academy, affirming the Academy’s full readiness to do everything that would enhance partnership, cooperation, coordination, and communication between the Academy and Jordanian religious and academic institutions. His Excellency was accompanied by Mr. Mohammed Al‑Mundhir Rida Al‑Shawk, Director of the Office and Protocol; Mr. Mohammed Waleed Al‑Idrisi, Director of Media and Public Relations; Ms. Sarah Amjad Badawi, Director of the Department of Family, Women, Children, and the Elderly; and Mr. Amjad Ibrahim Al‑Mansi, Head of the Protocol Section.
