H.E. Prof. Koutoub Moustapha Sano, Secretary General of the Academy, chaired the 48th monthly meeting of the Academy’s personnel on Sunday, 29 Jumada Al-Ula, 1446, corresponding to 1 December 2024, at the Academy’s headquarters in Jeddah.

H.E. Prof. Koutoub Moustapha Sano welcomed the employees and shared insights from his recent visit to Malaysia and Indonesia. During his trip, he had the honor of presenting graduation certificates at the International Islamic University in Malaysia and participated in the International Sharia Forum in Indonesia, where he delivered the keynote address on public interests according to Sharia.

The meeting reviewed previous decisions and issued new ones, namely:

• Providing intellectual support to the International Islamic Center for Reconciliation and Arbitration in codifying Islamic financial transactions.
• Adding profile pictures of members in the Academy’s book of biographies and adding the biographies of former employees.
• Preparing a comprehensive proposal to compensate additional hours for Academy employees.
