H.E. Prof. Koutoub Moustapha Sano, Secretary General of the Academy, chaired the 66th ordinary meeting of the heads of divisions, on Thursday 23 Rajab 1446, corresponding to 23 January 2025, at the Academy’s headquarters in Jeddah.

At the beginning of the meeting, His Excellency welcomed the heads of divisions and thanked them for their regular attendance. He then spoke about the importance of adhering to the principles and values of excellence, piety and righteousness, linking these principles and values to modern administrative principles and positive behaviors that achieve public benefit and collective interest in the work environment. He also recalled the importance of mutual respect among employees, especially with their directors, and that all employees of all categories must comply with the assignments of the Secretary General of the Academy.

The meeting reviewed previous decisions and issued new ones, namely:

• Preparing of a letter of reminder to the presenters at the 26th Session of the Academy to submit their Papers.
• Preparing the translations of the Academy’s resolutions into the following languages: Russian, Chinese, Portuguese, and Fulani.
• Preparing a report on the condition of the printers and the need for their maintenance.
• Uploading an electronic version of the Academy’s resolutions in non-Arabic languages on the website.
