H.E. Prof. Koutoub Moustapha Sano, Secretary General of the Academy, received H.E. Mr. Salah Al-Din Mohamed, new Consul General of the Republic of Chad in Jeddah, on Monday, 17 Ramadan 1446, corresponding to 17 March 2025, at the Academy’s headquarters in Jeddah.
The Secretary General welcomed his special guest, thanked him for the visit, expressed his appreciation and gratitude to the State of Chad for its support and patronage of the Academy since its inception, wishing the new Consul General success in his duties. He then briefed His Excellency on the Academy’s vision, mission, objectives, activities, programs and various projects aimed at promoting moderation and peaceful coexistence among peoples and religions.
For his part, the Consul General expressed his pleasure and honor to visit the Academy and his thanks and gratitude to the Secretary General for the warm welcome, stressing his keenness to establish strong and sustainable relations with the Academy and to benefit from it in addressing many local and regional issues affecting his country and the region. His Excellency concluded the visit by writing his feelings in the guest book, saying “It is a great honor for me to be welcomed in this prestigious Academy, which is doing great work with an exceptional and highly qualified staff. Chad will always stand by your side”.
The meeting was attended by Mr. Mohamed Mondher Chouk, Director of Cabinet and Protocols, Mr. Mohamed Al-Idrissi, Director of Media and Public Relations, and Mr. Amjad Ibrahim Al-Mansi, Head of Protocols.
