H.E. Prof. Koutoub Moustapha Sano, Secretary General of the Academy, chaired the 141st weekly meeting of the directors of departments on Monday, 17 Ramadan 1446, corresponding to 17 March 2025, at the Academy’s headquarters in Jeddah.

The Secretary General began the meeting by welcoming the participants and then spoke about the need to follow up and implement the results of the meetings and work to achieve them in accordance with the strategic plan designed by the Academy, stressing that all the decisions issued by these meetings are binding on everyone and must be implemented in all their details and within the deadlines carefully and precisely set for them. The meeting reviewed previous decisions and issued new ones, notably:

• Receiving the research papers from the printer in their final form in the quantity required by the agreed upon date.
• Preparing various interesting designs for the introductory brochure and the Waqf brochure.
• Ensuring that the session’s research papers are sent to all participants.
