As part of the periodic meetings aimed at strengthening institutional communication, monitoring workflow, and enhancing administrative and scholarly performance at the Academy, His Excellency Prof. Koutoub Moustapha Sano, Secretary-General of the Academy, chaired the sixty-third monthly meeting of the Academy’s staff on Monday, 19 Ramadan 1447 AH, corresponding to 10 March 2026, at the General Secretariat headquarters in Jeddah.
His Excellency opened the meeting by welcoming all attendees and emphasising the importance of these regular gatherings as an opportunity to evaluate ongoing work, reinforce the spirit of cooperation among the Academy’s personnel, and discuss various organisational and administrative matters that contribute to improving performance and achieving the Academy’s objectives and the mission of the General Secretariat.
The meeting included discussions on several workflow-related topics. Emphasis was placed on following up on maintenance work in the Academy’s building, including completing the preparations of the external entrance, improving the façade and lighting, and monitoring several organisational aspects related to the scientific events organised by the Academy.
