His Excellency opened the meeting by welcoming all attendees, then discussed the latest arrangements and preparations for convening the Twenty-Seventh Session of the Council of the International Islamic Fiqh Academy in Malaysia. Foremost among these was the session agenda, which had been sent to the host entity for approval, in preparation for finalising its design and producing it in its final form.

The meeting also discussed organisational and technical matters related to the session, as well as coordination mechanisms among the relevant departments, to ensure the required tasks were completed within the specified timelines.

The meeting concluded with a number of decisions, the most important of which were:

• Coordinating, arranging, and addressing any issues that may arise in connection with the participation of the Academy’s members in the session.
• Completing the preparation of participants’ badges in terms of design and content, and updating the session’s video presentation.
• Finalising the arrangements related to tickets, shipping, and printing for the session.
• Completing the formatting of the research abstracts and referring those that are finalised, on an ongoing basis, to the entities concerned with design and translation.
