H.E. Prof. Koutoub Moustapha Sano, Secretary General of the Academy, chaired the 133rd weekly meeting of departments on Sunday, 08 Jumada Al-Ula 1446, corresponding to 10 November 2024, at the Academy’s headquarters in Jeddah.

The Secretary General greeted the participants, then spoke about his visit to the Saudi General Authority for Awqaf in Riyadh to discuss ways to strengthen bilateral relations in areas that serve the aspirations of the institution, especially the study of issues and developments related to Awqaf inside and outside the Muslim world, announced the State of Qatar’s approval to decide new date for the 26th session of the Academy’s 26th session.

The meeting discussed the previous decisions and new decisions were issued, notably:

• Sending the book “Scholars of the Academy” to the printer after completing the new additions especially in the list of the founding members and experts in the first issue of the Academy’s journal.
• Reviewing all the contracts signed with translators and prepare a report about all their financial transactions.
• Requesting some printers in Pakistan to send their offers for printing the Book of Resolutions in Urdu.
