H.E. Prof. Koutoub Moustapha Sano, Secretary General of the Academy, chaired the 68th regular meeting of the heads of divisions, on Thursday 13 Ramadan 1446, corresponding to 13 March 2025, at the Academy’s headquarters in Jeddah.

The Secretary General greeted the heads of divisions and thanked them for their presence. He then reviewed the latest preparations for the session, stressing the need for teamwork, cooperation, and coordination between all departments and divisions to complete the remaining preparations and enter the final phase before the session. The meeting reviewed previous decisions and issued new ones, notably:

• Updating and redesigning the introductory brochures and adding them to the gift bag.
• Distributing the Academy’s publications to partners and printing all agreements.
• Continue to upload videos with translated titles.
