H.E. Prof. Koutoub Moustapha Sano, Secretary General of the Academy, chaired the fifty-second regular monthly meeting of the Academy’s personnel on Thursday, 12 Shawal 1446, corresponding to 10 April 2025.

The Secretary General welcomed the participants wishing them a blessed Eid Al-Fitr and thanking Mr. Al-Moez Al-Riyahi for performing the duties of Acting Secretary General. His Excellency also congratulated two employees of the Academy, Dr. Al-Hajj Manta Drameh and Dr. Abdullah Omar Al-Tamimi, on receiving their doctoral degrees, praying that these degrees will help them to be faithful, and dedicated to the service of the Academy and the Ummah. His Excellency then spoke about the fruitful meeting between the Academy’s delegation and the officials of the Ministry of Islamic Affairs and Awqaf in Qatar the final arrangements for the upcoming session. His Excellency also thanked Mr. Hassan Ibrahim Kamit, Director of the Department of Sessions and Conferences, has exerted and is still exerting with the Ministry’s team regarding preparations, which resulted in the completion of the printing of all the research papers in an unprecedented record time.

His Excellency concluded this meeting dedicated to self-criticism, solving problems, making suggestions, and achieving communication by paving the way to employees to express their opinions regarding the Academy’s advancement.

The meeting discussed previous decisions and issued new ones, notably:

• Réviser le site web et mettre à jour la version numérique des résolutions.
• Finaliser la dernière liste du personnel souhaitant participer à la prochaine session.
• Réparation de l’éclairage de la façade principale de l’Académie et vérification des drapeaux des pays.
