HAVING CONSIDERED Resolution No‭. ‬12‭ (‬12/2‭) ‬of the Academy regarding The Letters of Guarantee‭,‬

HAVING REVIEWED the research papers submitted to the Academy concerning Payment of additional amounts on loans by a third party‭,‬‭ ‬and the legal ruling on fees for letters of guarantee and documentary credits‭,‬

HAVING LISTENED to the in-depth discussions on the subject‭,‬

RESOLVES

The Council of the Academy decided to postpone adopting a resolution on the two topics in order to allow for further research and study‭.‬
