As part of the dialogue and consultation with the heads of the Academy’s divisions, H.E. Prof. Koutoub Sano, Secretary General of the Academy, chaired the tenth meeting of the heads of divisions on Thursday 5 Sha’aban 1442, corresponding to 18 March 2021.
His Excellency opened the meeting by stressing the need to hold such periodic consultative meetings between the divisions to overcome the obstacles that may be encountered during the daily work and to provide ideas and raise the performance and achievement levels according to the imperatives of the Academy’s strategic plan. His Excellency also mentioned the importance of strategic and administrative planning as two fundamental pillars for the success of any department or institution, which are considered the two most effective ways to eliminate improvisation and anarchy in the workplace.
The meeting resulted in several decisions, notably:
-Entrust the IT division to contact the IT officials of the OIC to update the information related to IIFA on the OIC website.
-Submit a complete and thorough design of the Academy’s new website by Sunday 21st March
-Each Academy employee shall submit a brief updated CV to the Department of Financial and Administrative Affairs, along with a copy of their academic credentials.
-Improve the performance and speed level of the Academy’s website.
-Entrust the task of administering and supervising the Academy’s social media accounts in English and French to Mr. Jawzi Lardjane to post Academy-related content, taking into account that the content must be taken from the official website of the Academy.
