The twenty-eighth weekly meeting of departments’ directors was held on 07 Monday Ramadan 1442 corresponding to 19 April 2021.

The Secretary General of the Academy, H.E. Prof. Koutoub Sano, congratulated the participants on the coming of Ramadan and called for exploiting this holy month to get closer to Allah and supply Him to speed up the end of the current pandemic.

His Excellency also expressed his thanks to the financial and administrative affairs department for completing the installation of the new main gate of the Academy.

The meeting made several decisions, notably:

-To call upon Member States, financial institutions, Islamic banks and businessmen to support the Waqf Fund of the International Islamic Fiqh Academy through donations and grants in cash and kind.

-To invite the Academy’s members to research on the topics selected for the twenty-fifth session.

-To organize training courses to advance the performance of the Academy’s staff.
