His Excellency the Secretary General of the International Islamic Fiqh Academy Prof. Koutoub Moustapha Sano received a letter of thanks from H.E. Ambassador Wael Yousef Obaid Al-Enezi, Consul General and Permanent Representative to the Organization of Islamic Cooperation, in which he expressed his thanks and appreciation for the sincere condolences and sympathy offered by His Excellency on the death of the late Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, Emir of the State of Kuwait.
