On behalf of the Secretary General Dr. Abdel Fattah Mahmoud Abanouf, Director of the Department of Planning, International Cooperation and External Relations, received a delegation from the College of Islamic Call in Palestine, headed by Dr. Abdullah Yousef Abu Alyan, Dean of the College, and a member of the Council of Fiqh Jurisprudence in Palestine, on Monday 15 of Dhul-Hijjah 1444 AH corresponding to 03 July 2023, at the headquarters of the Academy in Jeddah.

His Eminence welcomed the delegation and thanked them for the visit, which indicates their keenness to benefit from the Academy especially its resolutions. Then, he gave an introductory overview of the Academy’s vision, mission and objectives, and the scientific contributions through scientific conferences and specialized scientific symposiums, as well as its projects and activities. He answered the questions raised by the delegation about membership, experts, participation in seminars and workflow at the Academy. For his part, Dr. Abu Alyan and the accompanying delegation expressed their sincere thanks for the academy’s welcome to this visit, which gave them the opportunity to learn about the academy’s scientific efforts and the achievements during the last four decades, including the presentation of the true face of Islam by issuing scientific journals and taking up the causes of Muslim countries and communities.

At the end of the meeting, Dr. Abnauf confirmed that AIFI is ready for all scientific projects and activities in Palestine.
