H.E. Prof. Koutoub Moustapha Sano, Secretary General of the Academy, presided over the 54th regular meeting of the Heads of Divisions at the Secretariat General’s headquarters in Jeddah on 6 Rajab 1445, corresponding to 18 January 2024.

His Excellency welcomed the heads of divisions and discussed the State of Qatar’s generous approval to host the upcoming Academy session. He emphasized the need for preparations to ensure the successful execution of this upcoming event.

The meeting reviewed previous decisions and new decisions were issued, namely:

• Creating a comprehensive outline for the upcoming session’s requirements.
• Elaborating an introductory booklet about the upcoming Academy session.
• Reviewing topics for the forthcoming session to encompass a wide range of topics.
• Typesetting and printing of the Academy’s Biographical Dictionary.
