Born in 1938 in the Kingdom of Morocco, H.E. Dr. Hamdati Chbihna MA Laynine studied under the most eminent scholars of the Moroccan Sahara and obtained a state doctorate from Dar Al-Hadith Al-Hassaniya in the Kingdom of Morocco. His Eminence has held significant positions in the Kingdom of Morocco, such as chargé de mission at the Royal Court, head of an honorary chamber at the Supreme Council of Magistracy, lecturer at Dar al-Hadith al- Hassaniya, head of the Council of Scholars in Quneitra, and president of the Sadd Court in Morocco. His Eminence was also a member of the High Constitutional Court and a member of the Royal Advisory Committee to revise the Mudawana (Family Code), in his capacity as the author of various research and published studies. As a member of the Council of the International Islamic Fiqh Academy, H.E. Dr. Hamdati Chbihna Ma’ Al-Aynain has represented the Kingdom of Morocco since November 14, 1998.
