H.E. Prof. Koutoub Moustapha Sano, Secretary General of the Academy, chaired the forty-third monthly regular meeting of the Academy’s staff on Sunday 08 Muharram 1446, corresponding to 14 July 2024, at the Academy’s headquarters in Jeddah.

His Excellency opened the meeting by greeting the participants and thanking the conference’s scientific committee for its efforts in completing the review of the scientific research received by the Secretariat General. He then addressed the need to send all the research papers received to the printing press to determine the financial cost of printing and the time period for delivery, thus directing the Research and Encyclopedias Department to communicate with them.

His Excellency opened the floor for the employees to express their opinions and suggestions on the Academy’s work progress. After listening to the comments and suggestions, the meeting issued several decisions, notably:

• Ensuring the final review of the fifth edition of the book of resolutions in the three languages and sending it to the printer to be printed in Persian, Urdu, and Turkish after the final review.
• Distributing the scientific journal’s twentieth issue to the members and the various scientific bodies to which the publications of the Academy were previously distributed and completing the distribution of newsletters and other publications.
• Corresponding with the researchers in the upcoming session whose research has been approved according to criteria and notifying them to send a summary of their research.
