H.E. Prof. Koutoub Moustapha Sano, Secretary General of the Academy, chaired the 137th weekly meeting of departments on Monday 25 Sha’aban 1446, corresponding to 24 February 2025, at the Academy’s headquarters in Jeddah.

His Excellency began the meeting by welcoming the attendees, then briefed them about the preparations for the 26th session, the most important of which are the printing of research papers and waiting for some offers by the assigned exhibitors, and concluded extending one more week to the host country to approve the final printing layout and writing for the last time to the exhibitors who did not send their presentations, or excusing to them for not complying with the time given to them despite several reminders.

The meeting discussed previous decisions and issued new ones, notably:

• Finalizing the printing of the session brochure and program.
• Redesigning the strategic plan, introductory brochure, resolutions book, and waqf fund brochure.
• Following up with Mofakiroon Publisher regarding the printing of the resolutions book and the research papers of the 21st session, and urging them to expedite formatting and proofreading of the rest of the session
• Printing electronic versions of the 26th session’s research papers urgently.
