His Excellency Mr. Ismail Ould Cheikh Ahmed, Minister of Foreign Affairs, Cooperation and Mauritanians Abroad received His Excellency Prof. Koutoub Moustapha Sano, Secretary General of the International Islamic Fiqh Academy (IIFA), on Thursday, 09 Rajab 1443H corresponding to 10 February 2022G, in his office at the Ministry’s headquarters in Nouakchott, Islamic Republic of Mauritania.
His Excellency Prof. Koutoub Moustapha Sano, Secretary General of the Academy, signed with His Excellency Mr. Dah Ould Amar Taleb, Minister of Islamic Affairs and Original Education of the Islamic Republic of Mauritania, a strategic cooperation agreement between the two sides on Wednesday, 08 Rajab 1443H, corresponding to 09 February 2022G, at the ministry's headquarters in the Mauritanian capital, Nouakchott.
In order to ensure the continuity of the implementation of activities and programs on schedule, His Excellency Prof. Koutoub Moustapha Sano, Secretary General of the International Islamic Fiqh Academy (IIFA), chaired the 65th weekly meeting of directors of departments on Wednesday 8 Rajab 1443H corresponding to 9 February 2022D via videoconference from his residence In Nouakchott, the capital of the Islamic Republic of Mauritania.
On Monday, 6 Rajab 1443H corresponding to 07 February 2022D, His Excellency Prof. Koutoub Moustapha Sano, Secretary General of the International Islamic Fiqh Academy (IIFA), chaired the sixteenth monthly periodic meeting of the Academy's employees virtually via zoom technology from his residence in the Mauritanian capital Nouakchott.
His Excellency Prof. Koutoub Moustapha Sano, Secretary General of the International Islamic Fiqh Academy (IIFA), participated on Friday 03 Rajab 1443H, corresponding to 04 February 2022G, in the virtual intellectual symposium organized by the Zayed Center for Studies and Research of the Emirates Heritage Club under the title "Abu Dhabi Document… a Model of Eternal Human Heritage “ on the occasion of the international Day of Human Brotherhood, which was approved by the United Nations on February 4th, to commemorate the day of the launch of the Document of Human Brotherhood from Abu Dhabi.
His Excellency Dr. Saleh bin Suleiman al-Wohaibi, Secretary General of the World Assembly of the Muslim Youth (WAMY), visited on Thursday 02 of Rajab 1443H, corresponding to 03 February 2022G, the headquarters of the General Secretariat of the International Islamic Fiqh Academy (IIFA) in Jeddah.
His Excellency Prof. Koutoub Moustapha Sano, Secretary General of the Academy, signed with His Excellency Dr. Saeed Mohamed Baba Sila, Secretary General of the Union of African Scholars, a strategic cooperation agreement between the two institutions on Wednesday,01 Rajab 1443H, corresponding to 02 February 2022D, remotely via Zoom technology.
His Excellency Mr. Kanaan Adnan Al-Azzawi, Consul General of the Republic of Iraq to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and its Permanent Representative to the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC), accompanied by a delegation from the Consulate General, visited on Monday 28 Jumada II 1443H corresponding to 31 January 2022D the headquarters of the General Secretariat of the International Islamic Fiqh Academy (IIFA) in Jeddah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
In an effort by the General Secretariat of the International Islamic Fiqh Academy (IIFA) to develop the work of the Academy, enhance the principle of transparency, and put forward all new and emerging issues on the discussion table to express opinions and appropriate solutions, and based on the principle of cooperation and integration, His Excellency Prof. Koutoub Moustapha Sano, Secretary General of the Academy, chaired the sixty-fourth weekly meeting of the directors of the departments, on Monday, 28 Jumada II 1443H corresponding to 31 January 2022D, at the headquarters of the General Secretariat of the Academy in Jeddah.
On Thursday, 24 Jumada II 1443H corresponding to 27 January 2022G, His Excellency Prof. Koutoub Moustapha Sano, Secretary General of the International Islamic Fiqh Academy (IIFA), chaired the thirtieth periodic meeting of the heads of divisions at the headquarters of the General Secretariat of the Academy in Jeddah.
