H.E. Prof. Koutoub Moustapha Sano, Secretary General of the Academy, chaired on Sunday, 01 Jumada Al-Ula 1446, corresponding to 03 November 2024, the 47th periodic monthly meeting of the Academy’s personnel, at its headquarters in Jeddah.

His Excellency welcomed the participants, thanking them for regular attendance of the periodic meetings due to their great importance to the Academy’s work performance and the proper management of its activities and projects, as well as a means of raising observations and proposals and enhancing cooperation, coordination and communication between departments and divisions in order to contribute to any issues faced by employees. The meeting issued several decisions, notably:

• Forming a committee from the Departments of Planning and Follow-up, Finance, and Media to submit proposals for dealing with an external company to obtain the ISO certificate.
• Updating the Academy’s databases on the internet in Arabic, English, and French.
• Re-printing the introductory brochure, statutes, and waqf booklet, to be included in IIFA’s gift bag.
