H.E. Prof. Koutoub Moustapha Sano, Secretary General of the Academy, chaired the 49th monthly meeting of the Academy’s personnel on Sunday 05 Rajab 1446, corresponding to 05 January 2025, at the Academy’s headquarters in Jeddah.

The Secretary General greeted the audience and spoke about the preparations for the upcoming 26th session in Qatar, including the research, presentations and previous seminar recommendations that will be presented at this session. He also discussed how to further cooperation between the Academy’s departments and divisions to make the session a success, then paved the floor for the employees to express their opinions and remarks regarding the Academy’s workflow.

The meeting reviewed previous decisions and issued new ones namely:

• Sending the research papers to members to facilitate their review well in advance of the session.
• Preparing the final English version of the book of resolutions for print, including the indexation.
• Updating the information and posting all news related to the Academy on its social media networks.
