His Excellency the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Da’wah and Guidance for Islamic Affairs in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Sheikh Dr. Awwad bin Sabti Al-Anzi, visited the headquarters of the General Secretariat of the International Islamic Fiqh Academy (IIFA) on Wednesday 11 Safar 1444H corresponding to 07 September 2022G. Upon his arrival, the guest was received by Prof. Koutoub Moustapha Sano, Secretary General of the Academy.

His Excellency Prof. Koutoub Moustapha Sano, Secretary General of the International Islamic Fiqh Academy (IIFA), delivered the first annual memorial lecture on Monday, 02 Safar 1444H, corresponding to 29 August 2022G, at the Abdul Hamid Abu Sulayman College for Revelation Knowledge and Human Sciences at the International Islamic University in Malaysia.

His Excellency Prof. Koutoub Moustapha Sano, Secretary General of the Academy, and His Excellency Prof. Tan Sri Zulkifli Abdul Razzaq, Rector of the International Islamic University in Malaysia (IIUM), signed on Thursday 27 Muharram 1444H, corresponding to 25 August 2022G, a memorandum of understanding in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

At the kind invitation of the management of the International Islamic University, His Excellency Prof. Koutoub Moustapha Sano, Secretary General of the International Islamic Fiqh Academy (IIFA), was honored today 21 Muharram 1444H, corresponding to 19 August 2022G, to deliver the Friday sermon at the Mosque of the International Islamic University in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia in the three languages, Arabic, English and Malay.

His Excellency Prof. Koutoub Moustapha Sano, Secretary General of the Academy, and His Excellency Prof. Azmy Omar, President and Executive Director of the International University specialized in Islamic Finance (INCEIF), signed a strategic cooperation agreement between the two institutions on Wednesday 19 Muharram 1444H, corresponding to 17 August 2022G, at the university’s headquarters in Kuala Lumpur.

On Friday 21 Muharram 1444H corresponding to 19 August 2022G, His Excellency Prof. Koutoub Moustapha Sano, Secretary General of the International Islamic Fiqh Academy (IIFA), held a strategic meeting with the management of Abdul Hamid Abu Suleyman College (AHAS) of Revelation Knowledge and Human Sciences at the International Islamic University in Gombak University City, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

His Excellency Prof. Koutoub Moustapha Sano, Secretary General of the Academy, and His Excellency Prof. Sharifuddin Shaarani, Director of the University of Islamic Sciences Malaysia, signed a memorandum of cooperation between the two institutions, on Wednesday, 19 Muharram 1444H, corresponding to 17 August 2022G, in the Malaysian administrative capital, Putrajaya.

His Excellency Mr. Hussein Ibrahim Taha, Secretary General of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC), Chairman of the Bureau, chaired on Thursday, 29 Dhu al-Hijjah 1443H corresponding to 28 July 2022G the first meeting of the Bureau of the International Islamic Fiqh Academy (IIFA) for the current year 2022G via video communication technology.
