The twenty-first weekly meeting of the directors of the Academy’s departments was held on Monday 17 Rajab 1442, corresponding to 2 March 2021.

The Secretary General of the Academy opened the meeting by welcoming the participants, then spoke about the importance of weekly meetings for following up the progress at the departments, new programs and activities.

In this meeting, His Excellency clarified that the documentation and archiving of the minutes of these meetings is a matter of commitment to the transparency value, in order to refute rumors, and provide an atmosphere of cooperation and communication among employees in addition to facilitating the monitoring of activities and programs that will be implemented.

The meeting resulted in several decisions, notably:

-To approve the final revision of the translation of the resolutions into English and to begin printing them.

-To prepare the quarterly magazine of the Academy.

-To provide adequate information on the apartment endowed for the Academy Waqf Fund, located in Makkah, by organizing a visit to obtain more information about the apartment.
