H.E. Prof. Koutoub Moustapha Sano, Secretary General of the Academy, chaired the 138th weekly meeting of departments’ directors on Thursday, 07 Sha’aban 1446, corresponding to 06 February 2025, at the Academy’s headquarters in Jeddah.

At the outset of the meeting, His Excellency welcomed the participants and thanked them for their commitment to the weekly meetings, affirming that these meetings follow the latest preparations for the 26th session of the Academy and discuss the mechanisms of cooperation between the departments and exert all efforts to complete works in the best way.

The meeting discussed previous decisions and issued new ones, notably:

• Finalizing the approval of the quotation for printing the volumes of the 21st session and handing over the files to the printing press for printing.
• Following up the biographies of each member for the biographical dictionary.
• Following up the memorandums of cooperation with King Saud University and activating the memorandum with the Council of Senior Scholars.
