His Eminence Dr. Saidmukarram Abdukodirzoda

His Eminence Dr. Saeed Makram Abdulqadirzoda was born in 1963 in the Republic of Tajikistan. He completed the memorization of the Holy Qur’an at an early age and subsequently enrolled at Imam Al-Tirmidhi Islamic University in Tajikistan. He obtained a Bachelor’s Degree from the International Islamic University Islamabad, Pakistan, in 2000, and later earned a Master’s Degree in Hadith and Tafsir from the same university in 2003. He also obtained a second Master’s Degree from Tajik National University in 2008 and completed his higher studies by earning a Ph.D. in Tajik Literature and Language from the same university in 2012.

In 2012, His Eminence was appointed as a Designated Member of the Council of the International Islamic Fiqh Academy (IIFA), representing the Republic of Tajikistan.

His Eminence has held several distinguished positions, including serving as a Professor at the Islamic University of Tajikistan, Vice Rector for Academic Affairs, Director of the Department of Religious Institutions in the Executive Office of the President of the Republic, and Chairman of the Jury Committee for a number of National Qur’anic Competitions. He has also represented his country at numerous international scientific conferences. He currently serves as Mufti of the Republic of Tajikistan and Chairman of the Religious Administration.
